The Municipal Court of Springfield, located at 1505 Georgia Street in Springfield, South Carolina, operates as a court of limited jurisdiction. Our dedicated team is here to serve you during our regular hours of 8:00 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Thursday, and closed Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays
Traffic Tickets: You can conveniently pay for your traffic tickets at our location during regular business hours.

Responsibilities: The Municipal Court handles a range of cases, including all traffic tickets issued by the Springfield Police Department and misdemeanor arrests within the Town.
Bench Trials: We hold Bench Trials at 6:00 PM the first Monday of each month with each session lasting approximately 1 hour.
Jury Trials: These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Jury trials are scheduled as they are requested.
